The location is outstanding, with the hotel being one of the few directly on the beach. The breakfast was satisfying, but improvements could be made in service and room arrangements.

While the location wasn't a big American tourist area and offered great value for the price, the rooms definitely need upgrading, resembling college dorm rooms with beat-up and old furniture. It felt like being in a dark dungeon until we paid extra for a room with a view and natural light. The service was mostly good, with friendly and attentive staff who followed up on requests. However, some staff members lacked warmth and didn't provide much information about city programs. The location was excellent, being at the end of Gaeta beach, offering access to a private beach away from the crowds.
